  2. ​๐Ÿค The Strategic Concession: When things escalate to "my way vs. your way," let them have it with a smile.

    • ​The Payoff: If they're right, we all learn a better fabrication method. If they fail, you step back in as the "Hero Fixer" who course-corrects—earning trust without confrontation.
